Cash 4 You | Required Qualifications

Store Managers at Cash 4 You are the leaders of the branch team and serve as the face of Cash 4 You. Our Managers have:

  • 3+ years of Management experience in a small or start-up branch office, retail or financial services
  • 5+ years of experience in any or a combination of the following: interacting with customers, assessing and meeting the needs of customers, solving customer problems
  • Experience navigating multiple computer systems, applications, and utilizing search tools to find information
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of an organization and present to multiple levels of management
  • Experience leading, motivating, coaching, training, and developing a team to meet objectives

Cash 4 You | Key Job Expectations

Managers are responsible for the operational success of the branch. They possess in-depth knowledge of our products, procedures and systems, and they have strong financial acumen. On any given day, you’re expected to:

  • Effectively manage time and competing priorities in a faced paced, high change retail environment

  • Administer and govern compliance with policies and procedures, applicable laws and regulations

Cash 4 You | The District Manager’s Role

District Managers (DMs) motivate, coach, and support the objective of providing exceptional customer service and performance. This includes working and strategizing with store managers to create a vision and plan that focuses on customer service and helping teams understand and be inspired by their connections to the Vision, Values and Strategies of Cash 4 You.

This position is responsible for managing a network of branches consisting of Store Managers and Customer Sales and Service Representatives (CSSRs) and leading the sales efforts and growth goals of the business unit. This individual will support the execution on our strategy to double our business over five years through collaboration and partnering with cross-sell business partners.

Cash 4 You | Required Qualifications

DMs at Cash 4 You are the leaders of their business group and serve as the go-to subject matter expert of their teams. Our District Managers have:

  • 5+ years of Multi-Unit Management experience in retail, financial services and/or specialty business
  • 5+ years of experience in any or a combination of the following: interacting with customers, assessing and meeting the needs of customers, solving customer problems
  • Direct leadership experience managing people with a demonstrated ability to coach, train and develop high performing team members with varying levels of experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of an organization and present to multiple levels of management
  • Experience navigating multiple computer systems, applications, and utilizing search tools to find information

Cash 4 You | Key Job Expectations

Our District Manager’s know their numbers, run it like they own it. On any given day, you’re expected to:

  • Effectively execute in a fast paced, high demand, high change retail environment while balancing multiple competing priorities.
  • Coach, train, and develop managers around soundness and efficiency in branch operations, implementation of branch performance objectives, diagnosing performance problems, addressing human resources and team management issues, and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Support our focus on building strong customer relationships balanced with strong risk management and compliance-driven culture, firmly establish those disciplines as critical to the success of our customers and company
  • Execute all applicable risk programs (Credit, Operational, Regulatory Compliance and loss prevention), which includes effectively following and adhering to applicable Cash 4 You policies and procedures, appropriately fulfilling risk and compliance obligations, timely and effective escalation and remediation of issues, and making sound risk decisions
  • Develop strategic partnerships and cultivate new sales channels and initiatives to grow the top line
  • Analyze and improve metrics, loan portfolio, and rigorous expense management to increase shareholder value
  • Work as part of a team, going above and beyond including weekends and holidays as needed

Customer Service and Sales Representative

Cash 4 You | The CSSR Role

The Customer Service and Sales Representative (CSSR) role may be an ideal place to start your career in financial services. You will spend almost all your time working with Cash 4 You’s most important asset, our customers, in person and over the phone. CSSRs are able to handle a variety of tasks including providing exceptional customer service in all customer interactions, they help resolve customer concerns, manage risk and process account transactions.

Successful CSSRs demonstrate a genuine interest in their customers and ask questions to understand what’s important to them and how Cash 4 You can meet their financial needs. CSSRs are able to present options to customers about ways to make their loans and financial services easy and convenient, while ensuring the needs of the customer always come first.

Cash 4 You | 4 Key Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in any or a combination of the following: interacting with customers, assessing and meeting the needs of customers, solving customer problems, experience in a retail or the financial services industry
  • Experience navigating multiple computer systems, applications, and utilizing search tools to find information
  • Great communication skills including speaking clearly, succinctly, and accurately while using a pleasant tone and common conversational courtesies
  • Experience leveraging customer relationships to offer products and services with a high customer service focus
