I have been working for Cash 4 You for 2 years now. To me a big part of the culture is Teamwork, Our team has grown together and has had pieces added along the way as well as some going to other locations, but we all still keep in touch and that make us who we are today, so much so that is more of a family environment. Coming into work is easy knowing that I work with such amazing and positive people. This feeds off to the customers who come in and are all smiles and have open conversations with us. I'm glad that I work for a company that has similar values to my own.

I often joke that I spend more time at work than at home. I see my coworkers more than I see friends, or family. At any other work place, certainly everywhere I've worked so far, I'd take an issue with that. But not here. In a very short time, I have bonded with my coworkers, and certainly my manager; we have become a family. Not to overstate things, like a family we don't always get along. We have late nights, early mornings, and sometimes short tempers... but above and beyond that we are there for one another. I've learned a lot since I started working here. Since I started at Cash 4 You it has been like they are part of my family. Working here has really made me think about where I can go, and how I can grow in this culture. You can tell that the company actually cares about its employees which is very refreshing for me personally as I have had some tough jobs. The Cash 4 You culture is very team-like. We have separate stores, separate districts however, whenever there is a chance to help each other, we do. Every time I have had a question, aside from my branch manager, I have three stores I can call to help me resolve the situation. Like a team, we all have a role, but as good teammates we help each player in times of struggles. Cash 4 You is different in the sense that aside from doing a great job we also value a lot the personality. I like that I never feel on my own; my manager is always available. My district manager, Claudio is very nice guy and relatable, as well as a multitude of managers, coworkers and coworkers from other stores. We are all very close from the DM to all the managers and CSRs, you don't see that in other companies and I think it is very special.

To Get More Done? Well, that's the norm, I'll grant you that — people seem to think that producing grand amounts is great — to write a prodigious amount, to code a prodigious amount, to create a ton of products, to churn out services at an astronomical rate, to have more billable hours than anyone else. Well, that's fine if you want your life to be all about churning out stuff, but not if you're concerned about quality, about beauty, about meaning, and about having a life outside of producing. Instead, try producing less — spend more time making better things. Spend more time editing your work down to less, leaving only the most essential parts. Embrace a philosophy that work, which is edited down to "a minimum is better than volume.”

Whether it's taking the time to hear about what's going on in a customer's life or joking around with my team, the days just all melt into each other. Other companies that I've worked for have been all about the bottom line not about the customer or the employee. Cash 4 You is about building teams and people. Since my promotion to branch manager, I've seen even more of this. The support I receive from other Branch Managers, My District Manager and on up the line, is amazing.
