What is Cash 4 You's Culture? To me our culture is about caring for people both externally and internally. We take the time to know the people we are in touch with and follow through with encouragement and support. What's different about it compared to other company cultures? We are different from other cultures because we are so connected with each other. Webinars and meetings keep us all up-to-date and in touch with each other on a regular basis. Our communications keep us up to date with any changes and allow us to share comments and suggestions (best practices) with each other. What do you like about our Culture? What I like the most is the ability to reach out to whoever you need to, if you find yourself in situation that you want to improve. We are all connected to each other and the company.

Hi there, my name is Miranda and I was just recently hired on as a CSR at Cash 4 You. Before being hired on with this company I was employed with another company for close to 10 years. That being said, I have had my fair share of retail experiences. The first week I started here at Cash 4 You it was hard not to notice how customer obsessed they are around here. My last company, in my eyes, has always been a company that really cares for the customer and goes above and beyond when necessary, but working here it is so much more of a personal connection that it really is difficult to not notice just how much this company strives for that relationship with each and every person. The culture here at Cash 4 You is by far the most fun, inviting and in your face out of anywhere I've worked in the past. Cash 4 You focuses mainly on customers happiness and make sure we satisfy their needs in our best possible way. We offer a lot of resources for customers and to help them out. Since we have lot of locations all around, customers can walk into any nearby store and we are there to help them in a better way. The best thing I like about Cash 4 You culture is exceptional teamwork. Being new to Cash 4 You just 12 days now, I never felt weird working around these people. Other CSRs, SM, DM: everyone is so humble and workaholics which is what I really like about them. They appreciate whenever it's needed, rectify mistakes and keep a friendly atmosphere. Cash 4 You's culture could be summarized by our core values. Focus on customer happiness has the biggest impact on our culture. Another core value that would assist in summarizing our culture would be build a positive team and family spirit as all employees are treated with the upmost respect and made to feel as if we are a family. Cash 4 You's culture is very different than that of other companies as we pride ourselves with great customer service, whereas other companies do not. We go beyond the expectations of good customer service by making each visit a personal and emotional experience for the customer. The thing I most enjoy about our culture is how much we truly focus on customer happiness. Every day we go above and beyond to ensure our customers leave feeling happy and satisfied with the service they received. Every time I have had a question, aside from my branch manager, I have three stores I can call to help me resolve the situation. Like a team, we all have a role, but as good teammates we help each player in times of struggles. Hey Culture book. I just want to say that I love how connected we all are; how we can at any time call any other store and ask a question or ask for help. Someone is always there to help. I mean, you can't call another fast food restaurant and ask them for help. I should know, haha, I used to work for one! There was just no connectivity like we have here at Cash 4 You, plus the incentives are monthly and always changing. There is always room to grow and extra to be made. It just shows that this company really loves us as a family and wants us to grow with them by giving our all and rewarding hard work. It doesn't stop at just us; our family grows towards our customers as well. I have never seen customer appreciation week anywhere else I've worked and it may not be like buying someone's groceries but it's something to say thanks for choosing us instead of someone else. When we send out cards to our customers, you won't believe the impact it does on our customers. They really love receiving something from us. I don't know how many times I hear customers come in and say that they have never gotten a card from any other company they have been too. Again, Cash 4 You culture to me is a family culture and we grow with people.

When our system was giving us some issues last week and we needed help with opening our store or closing our store whomever we reach out to they were patient and very helpful.
