I have been with Cash 4 You for a year and few months now but, feel like I have been working with the company for years. Cash 4 You's culture is truly different and outstanding from others in terms of appreciation and support I have got so far. Our company has dedication to customer service to make every customer happy who steps in the door of Cash 4 You. No other corporate environment I have been a part of has ever been like that. That being said, I have had my fair share of retail experiences. The first week I started here at Cash 4 You it was hard not to notice how customer obsessed they are around here. This is different than all the other companies I have worked work in the past because we never were this engaged in the day to day celebrations that happen within the company. Everybody is there for you, helps you when you ask, and I feel that I can always count on the people I have had phone conversations with. Some CSR's I have never met, but our relationship on the phone makes me feel like I am talking to an old friend. So whether it's a customer that only interact with us once or a person we have seen once a week, it's about the exceptional service we provide. Cash 4 You's culture is about helping people in need and also providing a safe and fun environment for people to work and conduct business in. Working with Cash 4 You brings not only a great job with lots of development opportunities it brings a sense of belonging and value. When one person is up, the whole team/family is up. If someone is down, the rest of the team tries to help that individual to make them feel better. Unlike some other companies who have large employee numbers where they would rather just see you come to work and do your job and then leave with no questions asked. When our system was giving us some issues last week and we needed help with opening our store or closing our store whomever we reach out to they were patient and very helpful. I've worked for 2 of the larger competitors and Cash 4 You is definitely different. In what way, you ask? Our culture, for one. Cash 4 You's culture is all about making customers as well as staff happy and WOWed. The competitors don't focus on that. They focus only on the bottom line. Cash 4 You focuses on doing everything we can so customers choose us and staff love to work in our stores and are happy coming to work every day. I am all about the customer. If the customers are not walking in and we are not making them happy, then I don't have a job and I don't have faith that my job will be secure in the future. Making customers happy is what sets us apart. I love to see happy customers and see their returning faces. As a DM, I do everything I can to listen to them and show them we care. That's what sets us apart and that's what makes me love my job.
