Cash 4 You culture is providing a number of services, while building a good relationship with all of our customers. We want our customers to know we value their business, and their opinion matters to us. Other agencies offer many of the same services we do, but unlike them, what makes us stand out is how we treat our customers. We want them to them to feel appreciated when they walk into one of our locations, or have a conversation with one of our CSR's over the phone. Our company's core values reinforce this, and help CSR's be the best they can be at the job. Our main focus is customer happiness, this is why we hire and develop the best. CSR's constantly work on self-improvement, to be the best they can be, and to make our customers feel comfortable. We embrace real time communication. This is also to get to know our customers better. In our company, we learn to do more with less. We are resourceful, and work with the tools we have. Our main goal is to deliver results, and keep the customer happy. We are there to support our customers, as well as each other. We will invent a simple way to fix problems we come across. In doing this, we embrace change and always focus on growth, and are willing to stretch ourselves pretty thin to get the job done, and done right. We focus on customer happiness (provide exceptional services to all customers), do more with less (be smart, organized, and pre-planned), invent and simplify, help and develop the best, deliver results, drive change, embrace real time communication, build a positive team, and pursue growth and learning. However, the most important core value in my opinion is that we focus on customer happiness by providing exceptional service to all customers. I personally have heard from a lot of customers how great our customer service is comparing to other companies. We do whatever it takes to make our customers happy. For example, we always have "customer appreciation" that we provide snacks and juices on a table in lobby. There are customers who have told me that other companies never do this and that's why I like coming here.

I have been lucky enough to see first-hand what you perceive as something small means so much to someone. So I would say Cash 4 You's culture is all about customer happiness and WOWing everyone that walks through the door, from employees, suppliers, customers and partners. Cash 4 You's culture is about working together as a team with a family feel to it. Everyone looks out for each other just like you would your own family. This is different than all the other companies I have worked work in the past because we never were this engaged in the day to day celebrations that happen within the company. I like that we celebrate milestones and send in pictures and that stores get together at Christmas or when celebrating again special milestones in the company like 100 stores opening this past year. Our culture is what makes coming to work everyday fun and look forward to work every day. There were many occasions where I was conflicted with the company because they portrayed that they cared about the customer but would never go that extra mile for them.
