The Cash 4 You culture is something that I have found extraordinary over the past year being an employee here. Not only do we go way above and beyond for our customers, but we go WAY above and beyond for each other. Milestones are celebrated, success is celebrated and every single employee is celebrated in one way or another. When there are either highs or lows, we band together as a family. Cash 4 You focuses mainly on customers happiness and make sure we satisfy their needs in our best possible way. We offer a lot of resources for customers and to help them out. Since we have lot of locations all around, customers can walk into any nearby store and we are there to help them in a better way. The best thing I like about Cash 4 You culture is exceptional teamwork. Being new to Cash 4 You just 12 days now, I never felt weird working around these people. Other CSRs, SM, DM: everyone is so humble and workaholics which is what I really like about them. They appreciate whenever it's needed, rectify mistakes and keep a friendly atmosphere. When our system was giving us some issues last week and we needed help with opening our store or closing our store whomever we reach out to they were patient and very helpful. I would have to say that the training was excellent with lots of information. She was very patient and took the time with us to make sure we understood everything. She was a pleasure to be around. Every time I have had a question, aside from my branch manager, I have three stores I can call to help me resolve the situation. Like a team, we all have a role, but as good teammates we help each player in times of struggles. Cash 4 You is different in the sense that aside from doing a great job we also value a lot the personality. I like that I never feel on my own; my manager is always available.
