I have been with Cash 4 You since September 2016. Since our store wasn't opened yet, Sierra was our trainer who came to Pembroke for our training. I would have to say that the training was excellent with lots of information. She was very patient and took the time with us to make sure we understood everything. She was a pleasure to be around. We then went to different stores for our hands on training. The ladies at both stores all took the time to help us out to make sure we understood everything. Even when we are at our own store they said to call anytime if we need any help. I would have to say Cash 4 You is an excellent place to work and everyone is very friendly and helpful.

As I am still fairly new to the Cash 4 You family, I am blown away by the culture of this company. The training has been very hands on and the support I have been given is excellent. My buddy trainer at times has been busy assisting customers but encourages me to shadow and ask questions while she works. The district manager has also been a big help, giving feedback to me whenever possible. Even if he is not able to make it in store, his presence is felt and there is an overall feeling of respect towards not just this position, but towards the man himself. I love that I am encouraged to speak my mind and give feedback, even to those above me. The overall appreciation towards customers is also outstanding. If there are any changes to any P&P everyone is informed in the company from the CSR to the CEO in a matter of minutes. Hi there, my name is Miranda and I was just recently hired on as a CSR at Cash 4 You. Before being hired on with this company I was employed with another company for close to 10 years. That being said, I have had my fair share of retail experiences. The first week I started here at Cash 4 You it was hard not to notice how customer obsessed they are around here. My last company, in my eyes, has always been a company that really cares for the customer and goes above and beyond when necessary, but working here it is so much more of a personal connection that it really is difficult to not notice just how much this company strives for that relationship with each and every person. Hello, my name is Justin. I am a brand new employee within Cash 4 You, as I am writing this during my 7th shift. However, there are many things that I have discovered within this short amount of time that I really enjoy about the company and its atmosphere. For one, the management is very professional and courteous. Max (the district manager who hired me) treated me very respectfully during the interviewing and hiring process, as well as offered to buy pizza for everyone during my first day of orientation. Lindsey (my store manager) also has been very helpful and patient with the entire training process, even while still having to conduct her managerial duties at the same time. Neither Max nor Lindsey have ever been condescending because I am new or only a CSR. I firmly believe a great, successful business definitely relies on great management. Lastly, I enjoy a challenge. Regardless if I'm learning new skills, or practicing existing ones, I really enjoy the fact that Cash 4 You always offers me the opportunity to improve myself professionally and personally. I have learned invaluable information about working in a financial institution since I've started. Overall, I am looking forward to continue working for Cash 4 You, as well as becoming a great all-around team player and CSR.

Hey Culture book. I just want to say that I love how connected we all are; how we can at any time call any other store and ask a question or ask for help. Someone is always there to help. I mean, you can't call another fast food restaurant and ask them for help. I should know, haha, I used to work for one! There was just no connectivity like we have here at Cash 4 You, plus the incentives are monthly and always changing. There is always room to grow and extra to be made. It just shows that this company really loves us as a family and wants us to grow with them by giving our all and rewarding hard work. It doesn't stop at just us; our family grows towards our customers as well. I have never seen customer appreciation week anywhere else I've worked and it may not be like buying someone's groceries but it's something to say thanks for choosing us instead of someone else. When we send out cards to our customers, you won't believe the impact it does on our customers. They really love receiving something from us. I don't know how many times I hear customers come in and say that they have never gotten a card from any other company they have been too. Again, Cash 4 You culture to me is a family culture and we grow with people.

Every store is made up of staff who are friendly and have a positive outlook in life. Our goal as a family and team is to provide fast and friendly service to all our customers having them leave the stores feeling important and happy.
