This is why we have so many of our people hitting milestones and promotions. A family mentality breeds the best leaders, the best teams and the best results. Typically you would see a plaque on a wall somewhere and that is the extent of knowing their mission/vision. Here, we have it on the walls, on our computers and it gets into our way of life. There are the common things like the team and family spirit, or the great learning experiences you have each day, but there are so many other things in your day to day that add to the experience. We get to see/meet all kinds of people. I always thought I was somewhat "in the know" if you will, about the happenings around our city etc. Boy was I wrong. I would have to say that the training was excellent with lots of information. She was very patient and took the time with us to make sure we understood everything. She was a pleasure to be around.
