Another core value that would assist in summarizing our culture would be build a positive team and family spirit as all employees are treated with the upmost respect and made to feel as if we are a family. What Cash 4 You family means to me, The group of people I work with is amazing, I like that everyone is willing to help each other, I've learned a lot in the past 4 months of being a CSR. Everyone cares, all the way up to the head office. When my sister passed away, everyone was very understanding. I couldn't believe after just knowing everyone for a month that I was sent flowers, and they called to check on me and to make sure I was ok. Honestly, it has been one of the best environments I've worked in. It's very understanding. So when you ask what it means to me, it means the world, to know I have someone in my corner, willing to be there for me, and help me the way I would be there for them and help them. Hi there, my name is Miranda and I was just recently hired on as a CSR at Cash 4 You. Before being hired on with this company I was employed with another company for close to 10 years. That being said, I have had my fair share of retail experiences. The first week I started here at Cash 4 You it was hard not to notice how customer obsessed they are around here. My last company, in my eyes, has always been a company that really cares for the customer and goes above and beyond when necessary, but working here it is so much more of a personal connection that it really is difficult to not notice just how much this company strives for that relationship with each and every person. Hello, my name is Justin. I am a brand new employee within Cash 4 You, as I am writing this during my 7th shift. However, there are many things that I have discovered within this short amount of time that I really enjoy about the company and its atmosphere. For one, the management is very professional and courteous. Max (the district manager who hired me) treated me very respectfully during the interviewing and hiring process, as well as offered to buy pizza for everyone during my first day of orientation. Lindsey (my store manager) also has been very helpful and patient with the entire training process, even while still having to conduct her managerial duties at the same time. Neither Max nor Lindsey have ever been condescending because I am new or only a CSR. I firmly believe a great, successful business definitely relies on great management. Lastly, I enjoy a challenge. Regardless if I'm learning new skills, or practicing existing ones, I really enjoy the fact that Cash 4 You always offers me the opportunity to improve myself professionally and personally. I have been with Cash 4 You for 5 months, and have always been supported and encouraged to do my best. The importance of Cash 4 You's culture was made very apparent to me a few weeks ago when I lost my father. I was allowed to take as much time off as necessary, and in turn my team went out of their way to pick up the extra work while I was away. When I returned to work a week later, I was greeted with hugs, a card, and flowers. I even had my district manager give me a great big hug and wish me her condolences on her next visit to the store. I have been with Cash 4 You since September 2016. Since our store wasn't opened yet, Sierra was our trainer who came to Pembroke for our training. I would have to say that the training was excellent with lots of information. She was very patient and took the time with us to make sure we understood everything. She was a pleasure to be around. We then went to different stores for our hands on training. The ladies at both stores all took the time to help us out to make sure we understood everything. Even when we are at our own store they said to call anytime if we need any help. I would have to say Cash 4 You is an excellent place to work and everyone is very friendly and helpful.
