What Cash 4 You family means to me, The group of people I work with is amazing, I like that everyone is willing to help each other, I've learned a lot in the past 4 months of being a CSR. Everyone cares, all the way up to the head office. When my sister passed away, everyone was very understanding. I couldn't believe after just knowing everyone for a month that I was sent flowers, and they called to check on me and to make sure I was ok. Honestly, it has been one of the best environments I've worked in. It's very understanding. So when you ask what it means to me, it means the world, to know I have someone in my corner, willing to be there for me, and help me the way I would be there for them and help them. It really is a great feeling to be a part of a company who cares about their employees, as well as their customers. I love that we send PEC cards for customer's birthdays. I've never seen that in a company before, shows character. I love working here, and it has been my pleasure!

Cash 4 You's culture could be summarized by our core values. Focus on customer happiness has the biggest impact on our culture. Another core value that would assist in summarizing our culture would be build a positive team and family spirit as all employees are treated with the upmost respect and made to feel as if we are a family. We go beyond the expectations of good customer service by making each visit a personal and emotional experience for the customer. The thing I most enjoy about our culture is how much we truly focus on customer happiness. The Cash 4 You culture is very team-like. We have separate stores, separate districts however, whenever there is a chance to help each other, we do. Every time I have had a question, aside from my branch manager, I have three stores I can call to help me resolve the situation. Like a team, we all have a role, but as good teammates we help each player in times of struggles. Cash 4 You is different in the sense that aside from doing a great job we also value a lot the personality. I like that I never feel on my own; my manager is always available. My district manager, Claudio is very nice guy and relatable, as well as a multitude of managers, coworkers and coworkers from other stores. We are all very close from the DM to all the managers and CSRs, you don't see that in other companies and I think it is very special.

I have been with Cash 4 You since September 2016. Since our store wasn't opened yet, Sierra was our trainer who came to Pembroke for our training. I would have to say that the training was excellent with lots of information. She was very patient and took the time with us to make sure we understood everything. She was a pleasure to be around. We then went to different stores for our hands on training. The ladies at both stores all took the time to help us out to make sure we understood everything. Even when we are at our own store they said to call anytime if we need any help. I would have to say Cash 4 You is an excellent place to work and everyone is very friendly and helpful.

What I enjoy about the culture here at Cash 4 You, is every one's eagerness to help. Being a new CSR, there was a lot I had to learn and many questions I had asked, everyone here was more the happy to lend a helping hand! We want our customers to know we value their business, and their opinion matters to us. Other agencies offer many of the same services we do, but unlike them, what makes us stand out is how we treat our customers. We want them to them to feel appreciated when they walk into one of our locations, or have a conversation with one of our CSR's over the phone.
