During the interview session, I was drawn to various aspects of Cash 4 You's culture. I placed the word work in quotes because it doesn't feel like work when I'm at the store with them. It feels like I am talking with friends and helping people at the same time. My Cash 4 You family is what makes this job the best job I have ever had. It is hard to explain to someone that doesn't work at Cash 4 You because the culture here is so different than anywhere else I've worked. If there are any changes to any P&P everyone is informed in the company from the CSR to the CEO in a matter of minutes. Typically you would see a plaque on a wall somewhere and that is the extent of knowing their mission/vision. Here, we have it on the walls, on our computers and it gets into our way of life. I have been with Cash 4 You since September 2016. Since our store wasn't opened yet, Sierra was our trainer who came to Pembroke for our training. I would have to say that the training was excellent with lots of information. She was very patient and took the time with us to make sure we understood everything. She was a pleasure to be around. We then went to different stores for our hands on training. The ladies at both stores all took the time to help us out to make sure we understood everything. Even when we are at our own store they said to call anytime if we need any help. I would have to say Cash 4 You is an excellent place to work and everyone is very friendly and helpful.

CASH 4 YOU has done nothing but shown how passionately they stand behind their core values. I have only been with this company for about 5 months and I have received nothing but open arms. When I first started with CASH 4 YOU, I was originally located at a store in London. I started off with a great manager and awesome CSRs. They helped me with an easy transformation, as I had never worked in any field close to this. About a month in I ran into some personal issues and had to relocate back to my home town, which was an hour away from the store…Once my DM had heard that, he had arranged with Steve to have me train in my hometown. Fast forward 4 months I am getting the chance to work with our awesome DM and the lovely ladies at the Chatham location, as well as, help out with other stores across the company. At that one-month mark they could have let me go, but instead they gave me a chance, and for that I will forever be grateful. There will never be a company with such a great work environment like CASH 4 YOU. Thank you everybody at corporate and CASH 4 YOU for what you do! I feel like Cash 4 You is very different than other companies. A lot of companies say that they are customer obsessed but Cash 4 You has built their entire company on this. Every day, we are trying to find new ways to WOW our customers and make sure our customers feel like family not just another customer. Not only do we make sure our customers feel like family but try to go above and beyond for each other as well. We can count on each other, lean on each and always lend a helping hand when needed.
