Cash 4 You's culture ensures that everybody who works here understands and lives by our 9 core values. It holds great meaning to wanting to work together to complete goals and to want to do our best for our customers. It helps each and every one of us achieve exactly what we want to within the company and allows ourselves opportunity and growth both personally and professionally. Cash 4 You's culture is different compared to other company cultures simply through those who carry it out. Unlike other companies Cash 4 You's team members ALL live by these core values, it's what makes the company and all individual teams work so strongly, everybody works the same and has the same drive for growth and opportunity. Working with Cash 4 You brings not only a great job with lots of development opportunities it brings a sense of belonging and value. This company goes out of its way to let you know that if you ever need help regardless if you are one man short or don't know an answer then help is only a call away and the one answering will be more than willing to help. CASH 4 YOU has done nothing but shown how passionately they stand behind their core values. I have only been with this company for about 5 months and I have received nothing but open arms. When I first started with CASH 4 YOU, I was originally located at a store in London. I started off with a great manager and awesome CSRs. They helped me with an easy transformation, as I had never worked in any field close to this. About a month in I ran into some personal issues and had to relocate back to my home town, which was an hour away from the store…Once my DM had heard that, he had arranged with Steve to have me train in my hometown. Fast forward 4 months I am getting the chance to work with our awesome DM and the lovely ladies at the Chatham location, as well as, help out with other stores across the company. At that one-month mark they could have let me go, but instead they gave me a chance, and for that I will forever be grateful. My buddy trainer at times has been busy assisting customers but encourages me to shadow and ask questions while she works. We always go out of our way to ensure we are always saying yes to help them out in their time of need. I love to read our WOW moments because it reminds me how amazing we can be as a team to come together and always make our customers leave with a smile on their face! Compared to our competitors, this is what makes us stand out. When customers walk into our stores they always feel welcomed and when they leave they always feel delighted with our services. Every day I come into work, I feel like it is an opportunity to learn something new about each customer I interact with or the financial industry. Family spirit is alive and kicking at Cash 4 You. I have seen this company grow by over 50%, but more importantly I have seen an enormous growth in our "family connections." I know people at stores from one end of the province to the other and north of that. I am a 6 month employee for Cash 4 You! I am very impressed at how far the company's employees will go for their customers. I am also impressed at how much this means to our customers! I have been lucky enough to see first-hand what you perceive as something small means so much to someone. So I would say Cash 4 You's culture is all about customer happiness and WOWing everyone that walks through the door, from employees, suppliers, customers and partners. I would say that is a pretty special Culture Fit!!! Being able to come to work and share your ideas with the whole team (from store level, to the management team to the corporate team) is what makes it a family. When I was first starting at Cash 4 You, a year ago November - I didn't know what to expect from the company. All of my experience had been with fast food, and fast paced customer service. However, to my own dismay, at those companies - they didn't care how the customer experience was, just as long as the customer was generally served. After beginning at Cash 4 You, I found that is NEVER seemingly so here. As I am a people person, I thrive on human interaction, and human interaction with a broad spectrum of individuals. I was highly enthused to find at Cash 4 You, that our main focus is on customer HAPPINESS. It gives me strong motivation to go to work, knowing I'm going to encounter people I enjoy, with pleasant interactions - and best of all, to go to a store where I feel at home!
