What does Cash 4 You mean to me? When asked this question I didn't have to think twice; Cash 4 You means a fantastic family atmosphere. Coming up on my 7th month here, I have never once felt like just another number in a computer system. Every day, I am getting to know personal details about fellow employees, even though they live in different cities all over. When having to call other stores, I instantly feel like I'm talking to someone I know! I have never had that feeling at any other company I've worked with. As I am still fairly new to the Cash 4 You family, I am blown away by the culture of this company. The training has been very hands on and the support I have been given is excellent. My buddy trainer at times has been busy assisting customers but encourages me to shadow and ask questions while she works. The district manager has also been a big help, giving feedback to me whenever possible. Even if he is not able to make it in store, his presence is felt and there is an overall feeling of respect towards not just this position, but towards the man himself. I love that I am encouraged to speak my mind and give feedback, even to those above me. The overall appreciation towards customers is also outstanding. I enjoy coming in and seeing which customers have a birthday coming up and making sure they have cards created for the occasion. One of my favorite core values is "doing more with less." I actually read it as "Do better with less". This is nonsensical to a lot of people — after all, aren't we all trying to Get Things Done? To Get More Done? Well, that's the norm, I'll grant you that — people seem to think that producing grand amounts is great — to write a prodigious amount, to code a prodigious amount, to create a ton of products, to churn out services at an astronomical rate, to have more billable hours than anyone else. Well, that's fine if you want your life to be all about churning out stuff, but not if you're concerned about quality, about beauty, about meaning, and about having a life outside of producing. Instead, try producing less — spend more time making better things. Spend more time editing your work down to less, leaving only the most essential parts. Embrace a philosophy that work, which is edited down to "a minimum is better than volume.”

CASH 4 YOU has done nothing but shown how passionately they stand behind their core values. I have only been with this company for about 5 months and I have received nothing but open arms. When I first started with CASH 4 YOU, I was originally located at a store in London. I started off with a great manager and awesome CSRs. They helped me with an easy transformation, as I had never worked in any field close to this. About a month in I ran into some personal issues and had to relocate back to my home town, which was an hour away from the store…Once my DM had heard that, he had arranged with Steve to have me train in my hometown. Fast forward 4 months I am getting the chance to work with our awesome DM and the lovely ladies at the Chatham location, as well as, help out with other stores across the company. At that one-month mark they could have let me go, but instead they gave me a chance, and for that I will forever be grateful. It has only been a short time working for Cash 4 You but what an experience it has been not only within the company but through the customers that we serve and get to know. We get to see/meet all kinds of people. I always thought I was somewhat "in the know" if you will, about the happenings around our city etc. Boy was I wrong. Through getting to know and talking with the customers that come and go, I have learned so much about our city and surrounding area and all the great things that go on. It's almost like having a newspaper each and every day, but the pages walk in and out of our store as they come and go. Through our different services, I get to learn about places all around the world and the people that occupied the places or come to stay here. Cash 4 You truly is a culture filled industry and I enjoy every moment of working here. It's certainly never a dull moment here. Whether it be through the people from all different walks of life that come in and out of our lobby or the amazing team I get to work with. I mean, you can't call another fast food restaurant and ask them for help. I should know, haha, I used to work for one!
