For me Cash 4 You culture is about sharing our experience as a team working together to improve on making our customers happy :) and going above and beyond. As compared to other company we're more a family that cares about each and every one of our CSRs and our customers. We care so much by celebrating the birthdays, anniversaries, and special occasions. What I like most about our culture book is that we share our memories with our CSRs, our customers, our managers about what we have accomplished throughout the year!

The passion to succeed is the driving force each and every day, and motivates us all to do better. Cash 4 You's culture ensures that everybody who works here understands and lives by our 9 core values. It holds great meaning to wanting to work together to complete goals and to want to do our best for our customers. It helps each and every one of us achieve exactly what we want to within the company and allows ourselves opportunity and growth both personally and professionally. Cash 4 You's culture is different compared to other company cultures simply through those who carry it out. Unlike other companies Cash 4 You's team members ALL live by these core values, it's what makes the company and all individual teams work so strongly, everybody works the same and has the same drive for growth and opportunity. We all want our customers to leave happy with coming in today and to be able to say that we did absolutely everything that we could, whether you've been working here for years or are new to the family. I really like that there is this cohesiveness throughout the company that brings everybody together to truly work like one great big team. Cash 4 You culture is solely built on our core values and WOW framework. This is the only company I have ever worked for that puts an effort and emphasis on their values. Typically you would see a plaque on a wall somewhere and that is the extent of knowing their mission/vision. Here, we have it on the walls, on our computers and it gets into our way of life. We truly do stop at nothing to WOW the customers and each other. There have been so many times throughout my time with Cash 4 You that customers are truly shocked or simply grateful for the help and attention that we give them. I have been with Cash 4 You for 5 months, and have always been supported and encouraged to do my best. The importance of Cash 4 You's culture was made very apparent to me a few weeks ago when I lost my father. I was allowed to take as much time off as necessary, and in turn my team went out of their way to pick up the extra work while I was away. When I returned to work a week later, I was greeted with hugs, a card, and flowers. I even had my district manager give me a great big hug and wish me her condolences on her next visit to the store. Our family spirit is unlike any other, and team members and managers alike go above and beyond to help one another.

It has only been a short time working for Cash 4 You but what an experience it has been not only within the company but through the customers that we serve and get to know. We get to see/meet all kinds of people. I always thought I was somewhat "in the know" if you will, about the happenings around our city etc. Boy was I wrong. Through getting to know and talking with the customers that come and go, I have learned so much about our city and surrounding area and all the great things that go on. It's almost like having a newspaper each and every day, but the pages walk in and out of our store as they come and go. Through our different services, I get to learn about places all around the world and the people that occupied the places or come to stay here. Cash 4 You truly is a culture filled industry and I enjoy every moment of working here. It's certainly never a dull moment here.
