It's about being supportive, caring and wonderful to all those around you. What I love about this company is that- it's so different. Whether you're calling across the city, or way over in Toronto, these people are happy to speak to you and do what they can. I've never worked somewhere where I'm so supported and cared for. What I like about Cash 4 You's culture is that everyone is there for everyone. These people, my co-workers, are all genuine and kind hearted people. Cash 4 You culture clearly means that we go above and beyond for our customers as well as co-workers and vendors as well. We hire and develop the best by inspiring and coaching all new hires. If there are any changes to any P&P everyone is informed in the company from the CSR to the CEO in a matter of minutes. I have never worked for a company that really practices real time communication. When I first started with this company we only had about 70 stores now it is over 100. I have been working at Cash 4 You for almost 2 years but been in the customer service business for almost ten! There were many occasions where I was conflicted with the company because they portrayed that they cared about the customer but would never go that extra mile for them. Here at Cash 4 You, I had the "goose bump" opportunity to help many customers, in an over and above manner. None of that would be possible if Cash 4 You never put in place their WOW policy and implemented it into their budget. When one person is up, the whole team/family is up. If someone is down, the rest of the team tries to help that individual to make them feel better. Unlike some other companies who have large employee numbers where they would rather just see you come to work and do your job and then leave with no questions asked. Hi there, my name is Miranda and I was just recently hired on as a CSR at Cash 4 You. Before being hired on with this company I was employed with another company for close to 10 years. That being said, I have had my fair share of retail experiences. The first week I started here at Cash 4 You it was hard not to notice how customer obsessed they are around here. My last company, in my eyes, has always been a company that really cares for the customer and goes above and beyond when necessary, but working here it is so much more of a personal connection that it really is difficult to not notice just how much this company strives for that relationship with each and every person. I would have to say that the training was excellent with lots of information. She was very patient and took the time with us to make sure we understood everything. She was a pleasure to be around. Hey Culture book. I just want to say that I love how connected we all are; how we can at any time call any other store and ask a question or ask for help. Someone is always there to help. I mean, you can't call another fast food restaurant and ask them for help. I should know, haha, I used to work for one! There was just no connectivity like we have here at Cash 4 You, plus the incentives are monthly and always changing. There is always room to grow and extra to be made. It just shows that this company really loves us as a family and wants us to grow with them by giving our all and rewarding hard work. It doesn't stop at just us; our family grows towards our customers as well. I have never seen customer appreciation week anywhere else I've worked and it may not be like buying someone's groceries but it's something to say thanks for choosing us instead of someone else. Well, that's fine if you want your life to be all about churning out stuff, but not if you're concerned about quality, about beauty, about meaning, and about having a life outside of producing. Instead, try producing less — spend more time making better things. Spend more time editing your work down to less, leaving only the most essential parts. Embrace a philosophy that work, which is edited down to "a minimum is better than volume.”

When I first started with CASH 4 YOU, I was originally located at a store in London. I started off with a great manager and awesome CSRs. They helped me with an easy transformation, as I had never worked in any field close to this. It has only been a short time working for Cash 4 You but what an experience it has been not only within the company but through the customers that we serve and get to know. We get to see/meet all kinds of people. I always thought I was somewhat "in the know" if you will, about the happenings around our city etc. Boy was I wrong. Through getting to know and talking with the customers that come and go, I have learned so much about our city and surrounding area and all the great things that go on. It's almost like having a newspaper each and every day, but the pages walk in and out of our store as they come and go. Through our different services, I get to learn about places all around the world and the people that occupied the places or come to stay here. Well, when I started with Cash 4 You in 2015, it became clear on the very first day what sets Cash 4 You apart from my other employers. Cash 4 You is REALLY ABOUT OUR CUSTOMERS. As soon as they enter the door they are welcomed into our home. They are not a customer but rather our Brother, Sister, Parent or even GrandParents. I am proud to be able to build that relationship with our customers and in turn get to know them and their families. It is the small things we do that we don't even think about like giving them a bottle of water at the window, sending them a PEC card or surprising them with a 70th birthday gift when they least expect it.
