Hey Culture book. I just want to say that I love how connected we all are; how we can at any time call any other store and ask a question or ask for help. Someone is always there to help. I mean, you can't call another fast food restaurant and ask them for help. I should know, haha, I used to work for one! There was just no connectivity like we have here at Cash 4 You, plus the incentives are monthly and always changing. There is always room to grow and extra to be made. It just shows that this company really loves us as a family and wants us to grow with them by giving our all and rewarding hard work. It doesn't stop at just us; our family grows towards our customers as well. I have never seen customer appreciation week anywhere else I've worked and it may not be like buying someone's groceries but it's something to say thanks for choosing us instead of someone else. When we send out cards to our customers, you won't believe the impact it does on our customers. They really love receiving something from us. I don't know how many times I hear customers come in and say that they have never gotten a card from any other company they have been too. I placed the word work in quotes because it doesn't feel like work when I'm at the store with them. It feels like I am talking with friends and helping people at the same time. It is hard to explain to someone that doesn't work at Cash 4 You because the culture here is so different than anywhere else I've worked. I kept on coming back to the store to do a follow up for my application and she told me that I don't have to worry because she will call me for an interview. To me it is the root from which stems rest of the values, all the good habits and exceptional performance. If you are able to build a closely knit team who is ready to take ownership and help each other out, you have laid strong foundation for the growth and development of your store. There will be a virtuous cycle, an environment to focus on customers' happiness, personal and professional growth, positive change and much more. My six years customer service experience has no evidence of so much focus on building a positive team and family spirit anywhere else. Cash 4 You is unique in this sense that here building strong ties among family members of all 102 stores and Head Office is its culture. This is eminent from the meeting that we have and other communications. Cash 4 You to me is a family working together to spread happiness.

Everyone cares, all the way up to the head office. When my sister passed away, everyone was very understanding. I couldn't believe after just knowing everyone for a month that I was sent flowers, and they called to check on me and to make sure I was ok. Honestly, it has been one of the best environments I've worked in. It's very understanding. Hi there, my name is Miranda and I was just recently hired on as a CSR at Cash 4 You. Before being hired on with this company I was employed with another company for close to 10 years. That being said, I have had my fair share of retail experiences. The first week I started here at Cash 4 You it was hard not to notice how customer obsessed they are around here. My last company, in my eyes, has always been a company that really cares for the customer and goes above and beyond when necessary, but working here it is so much more of a personal connection that it really is difficult to not notice just how much this company strives for that relationship with each and every person. The culture here at Cash 4 You is by far the most fun, inviting and in your face out of anywhere I've worked in the past. Seeing all the things this company does for its employees such as pizza days and little incentives really goes to show just how much the company really cares not only for its customers but also their employees. Every store is made up of staff who are friendly and have a positive outlook in life. Our goal as a family and team is to provide fast and friendly service to all our customers having them leave the stores feeling important and happy. When one of our customers leave happy, they can spread the word that when our services are required by someone they know, we will be there to take care of their needs. Well, that's the norm, I'll grant you that — people seem to think that producing grand amounts is great — to write a prodigious amount, to code a prodigious amount, to create a ton of products, to churn out services at an astronomical rate, to have more billable hours than anyone else. Well, that's fine if you want your life to be all about churning out stuff, but not if you're concerned about quality, about beauty, about meaning, and about having a life outside of producing. Instead, try producing less — spend more time making better things. Spend more time editing your work down to less, leaving only the most essential parts.
