The Cash 4 You culture that I have noticed the most is that it really is about family. I have never felt so supported before in any job I have ever had. I have only been with Cash 4 You a year but I already feel like I have developed some close bonds and good friendships too. If I ever have a question or a problem, I know that there are so many people I could call that could help me find the answers. And the comradely I have found over pot luck days makes even the longest busiest days a blast to come in for. We here at our store really do live the core values inside and outside our jobs. Coming up on my 7th month here, I have never once felt like just another number in a computer system. Working with Cash 4 You brings not only a great job with lots of development opportunities it brings a sense of belonging and value. If there are any changes to any P&P everyone is informed in the company from the CSR to the CEO in a matter of minutes. What I like about our culture is when we need help from any reason we can call any store and they will go above and beyond helping each other. When our system was giving us some issues last week and we needed help with opening our store or closing our store whomever we reach out to they were patient and very helpful. When I compare this with other companies that I have worked for, there was little assistant when you need help. Sometime when other company's try to help you they can be a little short.
