I have been lucky enough to see first-hand what you perceive as something small means so much to someone. There are the common things like the team and family spirit, or the great learning experiences you have each day, but there are so many other things in your day to day that add to the experience. I have been with Cash 4 You for 5 months, and have always been supported and encouraged to do my best. The importance of Cash 4 You's culture was made very apparent to me a few weeks ago when I lost my father. I was allowed to take as much time off as necessary, and in turn my team went out of their way to pick up the extra work while I was away. When I returned to work a week later, I was greeted with hugs, a card, and flowers. I even had my district manager give me a great big hug and wish me her condolences on her next visit to the store. Our family spirit is unlike any other, and team members and managers alike go above and beyond to help one another.

Another core value that would assist in summarizing our culture would be build a positive team and family spirit as all employees are treated with the upmost respect and made to feel as if we are a family. Cash 4 You focuses mainly on customers happiness and make sure we satisfy their needs in our best possible way. We offer a lot of resources for customers and to help them out. Since we have lot of locations all around, customers can walk into any nearby store and we are there to help them in a better way. The best thing I like about Cash 4 You culture is exceptional teamwork. Being new to Cash 4 You just 12 days now, I never felt weird working around these people. Other CSRs, SM, DM: everyone is so humble and workaholics which is what I really like about them. They appreciate whenever it's needed, rectify mistakes and keep a friendly atmosphere. It has only been a short time working for Cash 4 You but what an experience it has been not only within the company but through the customers that we serve and get to know. We get to see/meet all kinds of people. I always thought I was somewhat "in the know" if you will, about the happenings around our city etc. Boy was I wrong. Through getting to know and talking with the customers that come and go, I have learned so much about our city and surrounding area and all the great things that go on. It's almost like having a newspaper each and every day, but the pages walk in and out of our store as they come and go. Through our different services, I get to learn about places all around the world and the people that occupied the places or come to stay here.
