I have been with Cash 4 You for 5 months, and have always been supported and encouraged to do my best. The importance of Cash 4 You's culture was made very apparent to me a few weeks ago when I lost my father. I was allowed to take as much time off as necessary, and in turn my team went out of their way to pick up the extra work while I was away. When I returned to work a week later, I was greeted with hugs, a card, and flowers. I even had my district manager give me a great big hug and wish me her condolences on her next visit to the store. Our family spirit is unlike any other, and team members and managers alike go above and beyond to help one another.

The culture of Cash 4 You is unique in that it is spread companywide. Everybody is there for you, helps you when you ask, and I feel that I can always count on the people I have had phone conversations with. Some CSR's I have never met, but our relationship on the phone makes me feel like I am talking to an old friend. The Cash 4 You culture is very team-like. We have separate stores, separate districts however, whenever there is a chance to help each other, we do. Every time I have had a question, aside from my branch manager, I have three stores I can call to help me resolve the situation. Like a team, we all have a role, but as good teammates we help each player in times of struggles. Cash 4 You is different in the sense that aside from doing a great job we also value a lot the personality. I like that I never feel on my own; my manager is always available. My district manager, Claudio is very nice guy and relatable, as well as a multitude of managers, coworkers and coworkers from other stores. Hi there, my name is Miranda and I was just recently hired on as a CSR at Cash 4 You. Before being hired on with this company I was employed with another company for close to 10 years. That being said, I have had my fair share of retail experiences. The first week I started here at Cash 4 You it was hard not to notice how customer obsessed they are around here. My buddy trainer at times has been busy assisting customers but encourages me to shadow and ask questions while she works. I feel like Cash 4 You is very different than other companies. A lot of companies say that they are customer obsessed but Cash 4 You has built their entire company on this. Every day, we are trying to find new ways to WOW our customers and make sure our customers feel like family not just another customer. Not only do we make sure our customers feel like family but try to go above and beyond for each other as well. We can count on each other, lean on each and always lend a helping hand when needed. What I like about Cash 4 You culture is that Cash 4 You is very family oriented, and coworkers and customers kind of become like family, working with them as the days go on. I really like the fact that we are a tight knit group, who can rely on each other at demanding times, and they are there to support you no matter what you are going through. Also not only are you learning skills on the job, you're also learning from your co-worker's mistakes because when they make a mistake, it teaches you as it teaches them because you definitely don't want to repeat the same mistakes. On a scale to 1 to 10, I would recommend Cash 4 You to a friend a colleague!
