The Cash 4 You culture is something that I have found extraordinary over the past year being an employee here. Not only do we go way above and beyond for our customers, but we go WAY above and beyond for each other. Milestones are celebrated, success is celebrated and every single employee is celebrated in one way or another. When there are either highs or lows, we band together as a family. We also treat our customers the exact same way we treat each other. We celebrate the achievements and reach out and support the lower points. Everyone is equal, including Timothy.

I have been the part of the cash 4 you family for three months now and it has been an amazing experience so far. It's really been a fun and unique environment to work with. At the start, I was bit apprehensive about the new work field but soon I was able to merge in to the work force with all the support of my managers and colleagues. Hi there, my name is Miranda and I was just recently hired on as a CSR at Cash 4 You. Before being hired on with this company I was employed with another company for close to 10 years. That being said, I have had my fair share of retail experiences. The first week I started here at Cash 4 You it was hard not to notice how customer obsessed they are around here. My last company, in my eyes, has always been a company that really cares for the customer and goes above and beyond when necessary, but working here it is so much more of a personal connection that it really is difficult to not notice just how much this company strives for that relationship with each and every person. The culture here at Cash 4 You is by far the most fun, inviting and in your face out of anywhere I've worked in the past. Seeing all the things this company does for its employees such as pizza days and little incentives really goes to show just how much the company really cares not only for its customers but also their employees. Having somewhere to go to work where it's fun and constantly changing isn't something everyone can say about their jobs. Personally, being employed with a company that is so dedicated to all their customers really makes me want to strive to give every customer the absolute best experience they can obtain with Cash 4 You. Culture to me doesn't only mean one specific thing but outlines every aspect of the company. My experience from the first time I saw the job opportunity for Cash 4 You online up until now has been wonderful. Cash 4 You employees definitely live and become like a "WORK FAMILY." Every time I have had a question, aside from my branch manager, I have three stores I can call to help me resolve the situation. Working with Cash 4 You brings not only a great job with lots of development opportunities it brings a sense of belonging and value.
