Cash 4 You is Perfect4Me. I joined the C4Y team in March of this year having just moved from Newfoundland to be near my parents in their final years. My trainer Sierra made it clear from Day 1 that this was a company unlike others…because we're a family. The words at the time kind of went in one ear out the other because most companies in your first weeks are full of promises and enthusiasm. Within two months, I witnessed and became part of this family. At some of the most trying and difficult times of my life, I found myself anxious to get to work to be with my coworkers. I laughed and excelled at a time when, without Cash 4 You I could have crumbled. I have met some truly incredible people at the two stores. I consider myself lucky to be working side-by-side my manager Ivory, and remain good friends with fellow CSR's...Jowell and Callie. I respect and congratulate my DM Max...who has patience and expertise in some very trying times. Honestly? Cash 4 You family is a big part of my current happiness.

Cash 4 You's culture is that each store has its own tight knit family style to it. Everyone knows pretty much everything about each other, even personal stuff. When one person is up, the whole team/family is up. If someone is down, the rest of the team tries to help that individual to make them feel better. Unlike some other companies who have large employee numbers where they would rather just see you come to work and do your job and then leave with no questions asked. Cash 4 You wants you to succeed in your job and help others succeed as well. The best thing about Cash 4 You culture is it is always an open door policy. You can ask anyone anything about company issues or personal issues and they won't turn you away. Most companies you have to jump through hoops just to talk to a manager one on one. But not here!!

I wasn't one to step out of my comfort zone before working with Cash 4 You. Now, that's my goal every single day! I get up and I'm excited to come to work. This is different than all the other companies I have worked work in the past because we never were this engaged in the day to day celebrations that happen within the company. I like that we celebrate milestones and send in pictures and that stores get together at Christmas or when celebrating again special milestones in the company like 100 stores opening this past year. Our culture is what makes coming to work everyday fun and look forward to work every day. Every store is made up of staff who are friendly and have a positive outlook in life. Our goal as a family and team is to provide fast and friendly service to all our customers having them leave the stores feeling important and happy. When one of our customers leave happy, they can spread the word that when our services are required by someone they know, we will be there to take care of their needs. If everyone within our Cash 4 You family is doing their jobs to the best of their ability and meeting or exceeding the goals set out by our superiors, then we all win together. CASH 4 YOU has done nothing but shown how passionately they stand behind their core values. I have only been with this company for about 5 months and I have received nothing but open arms. When I first started with CASH 4 YOU, I was originally located at a store in London. I started off with a great manager and awesome CSRs. They helped me with an easy transformation, as I had never worked in any field close to this. About a month in I ran into some personal issues and had to relocate back to my home town, which was an hour away from the store…Once my DM had heard that, he had arranged with Steve to have me train in my hometown. Fast forward 4 months I am getting the chance to work with our awesome DM and the lovely ladies at the Chatham location, as well as, help out with other stores across the company. At that one-month mark they could have let me go, but instead they gave me a chance, and for that I will forever be grateful. There will never be a company with such a great work environment like CASH 4 YOU. Thank you everybody at corporate and CASH 4 YOU for what you do! My buddy trainer at times has been busy assisting customers but encourages me to shadow and ask questions while she works. I would have to say that the training was excellent with lots of information. She was very patient and took the time with us to make sure we understood everything. She was a pleasure to be around. Cash 4 You focuses mainly on customers happiness and make sure we satisfy their needs in our best possible way. We offer a lot of resources for customers and to help them out. Since we have lot of locations all around, customers can walk into any nearby store and we are there to help them in a better way. The best thing I like about Cash 4 You culture is exceptional teamwork. Being new to Cash 4 You just 12 days now, I never felt weird working around these people. Other CSRs, SM, DM: everyone is so humble and workaholics which is what I really like about them. They appreciate whenever it's needed, rectify mistakes and keep a friendly atmosphere. When our system was giving us some issues last week and we needed help with opening our store or closing our store whomever we reach out to they were patient and very helpful. It's truly incredible being a part of such a great team where everyone goes the extra mile to please their customers. One thing that really stands out to me is that no customer goes un-noticed.
