Cash 4 You's culture is that each store has its own tight knit family style to it. Everyone knows pretty much everything about each other, even personal stuff. When one person is up, the whole team/family is up. If someone is down, the rest of the team tries to help that individual to make them feel better. Unlike some other companies who have large employee numbers where they would rather just see you come to work and do your job and then leave with no questions asked. Cash 4 You wants you to succeed in your job and help others succeed as well. The best thing about Cash 4 You culture is it is always an open door policy. You can ask anyone anything about company issues or personal issues and they won't turn you away. Most companies you have to jump through hoops just to talk to a manager one on one. But not here!!

I mean, you can't call another fast food restaurant and ask them for help. I should know, haha, I used to work for one! Cash 4 You's culture is about working together as a team with a family feel to it. Everyone looks out for each other just like you would your own family. This is different than all the other companies I have worked work in the past because we never were this engaged in the day to day celebrations that happen within the company. I like that we celebrate milestones and send in pictures and that stores get together at Christmas or when celebrating again special milestones in the company like 100 stores opening this past year. Our culture is what makes coming to work everyday fun and look forward to work every day. Our team is great and we love our customers here and corporate staff is great they are always there to answer any questions when we need them. I'm happy to be a part of the Cash 4 You family.

Hi there, my name is Miranda and I was just recently hired on as a CSR at Cash 4 You. Before being hired on with this company I was employed with another company for close to 10 years. That being said, I have had my fair share of retail experiences. The first week I started here at Cash 4 You it was hard not to notice how customer obsessed they are around here. My last company, in my eyes, has always been a company that really cares for the customer and goes above and beyond when necessary, but working here it is so much more of a personal connection that it really is difficult to not notice just how much this company strives for that relationship with each and every person. The calls we get from customers about our personalized cards is just heartwarming because you can hear how happy they are. We are different from other companies because we are transparent; anyone can access the same info whether you are in corporate office or a CSR in one of the stores. As a new comer to Canada, my first experience is Cash 4 You. I joined Cash 4 You early this year. I got my training by my buddy trainer, and it was very interesting and helpful for me. I found Cash 4 You is a very friendly company with the employees and customers. The environment of Cash 4 You makes us very comfortable and encourages us to improve more and more.
