Coming up on my 7th month here, I have never once felt like just another number in a computer system. Every day, I am getting to know personal details about fellow employees, even though they live in different cities all over. Every time I have had a question, aside from my branch manager, I have three stores I can call to help me resolve the situation. Like a team, we all have a role, but as good teammates we help each player in times of struggles. Cash 4 You is different in the sense that aside from doing a great job we also value a lot the personality. I like that I never feel on my own; my manager is always available. My district manager, Claudio is very nice guy and relatable, as well as a multitude of managers, coworkers and coworkers from other stores. However, the most important core value in my opinion is that we focus on customer happiness by providing exceptional service to all customers. I personally have heard from a lot of customers how great our customer service is comparing to other companies. We do whatever it takes to make our customers happy. My trainer Sierra made it clear from Day 1 that this was a company unlike others…because we're a family. The words at the time kind of went in one ear out the other because most companies in your first weeks are full of promises and enthusiasm. Within two months, I witnessed and became part of this family. At some of the most trying and difficult times of my life, I found myself anxious to get to work to be with my coworkers. I laughed and excelled at a time when, without Cash 4 You I could have crumbled. I have met some truly incredible people at the two stores.
