OMG I don't even know where to begin! I have just recently celebrated my 1 year anniversary with the Cash 4 You family. Right from day one every single member of this family has been extremely supportive, welcoming and helpful! My journey here has been surprising to say the least. In my short time, I have been able to stretch myself to helping in other stores by training new family members and have come to realize that is what I want to do permanently! Cash 4 You's culture could be summarized by our core values. Focus on customer happiness has the biggest impact on our culture. Another core value that would assist in summarizing our culture would be build a positive team and family spirit as all employees are treated with the upmost respect and made to feel as if we are a family. Cash 4 You's culture is very different than that of other companies as we pride ourselves with great customer service, whereas other companies do not. We go beyond the expectations of good customer service by making each visit a personal and emotional experience for the customer. The thing I most enjoy about our culture is how much we truly focus on customer happiness. Every day we go above and beyond to ensure our customers leave feeling happy and satisfied with the service they received. We have the ability to alter one's mood and make those who are having down days much more joyful. Having an impact on others' lives and emotions can be very rewarding. It definitely helps not only the CSRs personal growth but also the customers.

This is why we have so many of our people hitting milestones and promotions. A family mentality breeds the best leaders, the best teams and the best results. Hey Culture book. I just want to say that I love how connected we all are; how we can at any time call any other store and ask a question or ask for help. Someone is always there to help. I mean, you can't call another fast food restaurant and ask them for help. I should know, haha, I used to work for one! There was just no connectivity like we have here at Cash 4 You, plus the incentives are monthly and always changing. There is always room to grow and extra to be made. It just shows that this company really loves us as a family and wants us to grow with them by giving our all and rewarding hard work. It doesn't stop at just us; our family grows towards our customers as well. I have never seen customer appreciation week anywhere else I've worked and it may not be like buying someone's groceries but it's something to say thanks for choosing us instead of someone else. When our system was giving us some issues last week and we needed help with opening our store or closing our store whomever we reach out to they were patient and very helpful. There were many occasions where I was conflicted with the company because they portrayed that they cared about the customer but would never go that extra mile for them. Here at Cash 4 You, I had the "goose bump" opportunity to help many customers, in an over and above manner. Well, when I started with Cash 4 You in 2015, it became clear on the very first day what sets Cash 4 You apart from my other employers. Cash 4 You is REALLY ABOUT OUR CUSTOMERS. As soon as they enter the door they are welcomed into our home. They are not a customer but rather our Brother, Sister, Parent or even GrandParents. I am proud to be able to build that relationship with our customers and in turn get to know them and their families. Through getting to know and talking with the customers that come and go, I have learned so much about our city and surrounding area and all the great things that go on. It's almost like having a newspaper each and every day, but the pages walk in and out of our store as they come and go. Through our different services, I get to learn about places all around the world and the people that occupied the places or come to stay here. Cash 4 You truly is a culture filled industry and I enjoy every moment of working here. It's certainly never a dull moment here. Whether it be through the people from all different walks of life that come in and out of our lobby or the amazing team I get to work with. Thanks to my amazing family/team here at my store and the incredible people I get to interact with each and every day, I actually look forward to coming in and starting my day. Maybe it's to tell the girls about something or get updates on something they have going on. Or because I know a certain customer is going to be stopping by and I can't wait to hear what they have going on or an update from what we last spoke about. I often joke that I spend more time at work than at home. I see my coworkers more than I see friends, or family. Hi there, my name is Miranda and I was just recently hired on as a CSR at Cash 4 You. Before being hired on with this company I was employed with another company for close to 10 years. That being said, I have had my fair share of retail experiences. The first week I started here at Cash 4 You it was hard not to notice how customer obsessed they are around here. I have been with Cash 4 You for 5 months, and have always been supported and encouraged to do my best. The importance of Cash 4 You's culture was made very apparent to me a few weeks ago when I lost my father. I was allowed to take as much time off as necessary, and in turn my team went out of their way to pick up the extra work while I was away. When I returned to work a week later, I was greeted with hugs, a card, and flowers. I even had my district manager give me a great big hug and wish me her condolences on her next visit to the store. Our family spirit is unlike any other, and team members and managers alike go above and beyond to help one another.
