I've worked for 2 of the larger competitors and Cash 4 You is definitely different. In what way, you ask? Our culture, for one. Cash 4 You's culture is all about making customers as well as staff happy and WOWed. The competitors don't focus on that. They focus only on the bottom line. Cash 4 You focuses on doing everything we can so customers choose us and staff love to work in our stores and are happy coming to work every day. I am all about the customer. If the customers are not walking in and we are not making them happy, then I don't have a job and I don't have faith that my job will be secure in the future. Making customers happy is what sets us apart. I love to see happy customers and see their returning faces. As a DM, I do everything I can to listen to them and show them we care. That's what sets us apart and that's what makes me love my job.

It differs from other company cultures because Cash 4 You really takes the time to connect with its employees and make it a welcoming environment. Cash 4 You culture is providing a number of services, while building a good relationship with all of our customers. We want our customers to know we value their business, and their opinion matters to us. Other agencies offer many of the same services we do, but unlike them, what makes us stand out is how we treat our customers. We want them to them to feel appreciated when they walk into one of our locations, or have a conversation with one of our CSR's over the phone. Our company's core values reinforce this, and help CSR's be the best they can be at the job. Our main focus is customer happiness, this is why we hire and develop the best. CSR's constantly work on self-improvement, to be the best they can be, and to make our customers feel comfortable. We embrace real time communication. This is also to get to know our customers better. In our company, we learn to do more with less. We are resourceful, and work with the tools we have. Our main goal is to deliver results, and keep the customer happy. We are there to support our customers, as well as each other. We will invent a simple way to fix problems we come across. I often joke that I spend more time at work than at home. I see my coworkers more than I see friends, or family. At any other work place, certainly everywhere I've worked so far, I'd take an issue with that. But not here. In a very short time, I have bonded with my coworkers, and certainly my manager; we have become a family. Not to overstate things, like a family we don't always get along. We focus on customer happiness (provide exceptional services to all customers), do more with less (be smart, organized, and pre-planned), invent and simplify, help and develop the best, deliver results, drive change, embrace real time communication, build a positive team, and pursue growth and learning. However, the most important core value in my opinion is that we focus on customer happiness by providing exceptional service to all customers. I personally have heard from a lot of customers how great our customer service is comparing to other companies. We do whatever it takes to make our customers happy. For example, we always have "customer appreciation" that we provide snacks and juices on a table in lobby. There are customers who have told me that other companies never do this and that's why I like coming here.

When I first started with CASH 4 YOU, I was originally located at a store in London. I started off with a great manager and awesome CSRs. They helped me with an easy transformation, as I had never worked in any field close to this. About a month in I ran into some personal issues and had to relocate back to my home town, which was an hour away from the store…Once my DM had heard that, he had arranged with Steve to have me train in my hometown. Fast forward 4 months I am getting the chance to work with our awesome DM and the lovely ladies at the Chatham location, as well as, help out with other stores across the company. At that one-month mark they could have let me go, but instead they gave me a chance, and for that I will forever be grateful. Hi there, my name is Miranda and I was just recently hired on as a CSR at Cash 4 You. Before being hired on with this company I was employed with another company for close to 10 years. That being said, I have had my fair share of retail experiences. The first week I started here at Cash 4 You it was hard not to notice how customer obsessed they are around here. On my first day in store, I was warmly welcomed by my manager: Amandeep, and my district manager, Nancy. Both of them welcomed me to the team and made me feel as though they've known me for years. The culture here at Cash 4 You is very family based in regards to our coworkers and especially our customers. All stores look out for one another in times of need, and always pick up the phone whenever we need advice or assistance. I've also never seen a company care about customer service more than we do.
