We focus on customer happiness (provide exceptional services to all customers), do more with less (be smart, organized, and pre-planned), invent and simplify, help and develop the best, deliver results, drive change, embrace real time communication, build a positive team, and pursue growth and learning. However, the most important core value in my opinion is that we focus on customer happiness by providing exceptional service to all customers. I personally have heard from a lot of customers how great our customer service is comparing to other companies. We do whatever it takes to make our customers happy. For example, we always have "customer appreciation" that we provide snacks and juices on a table in lobby. There are customers who have told me that other companies never do this and that's why I like coming here.

CASH 4 YOU has done nothing but shown how passionately they stand behind their core values. I have only been with this company for about 5 months and I have received nothing but open arms. When I first started with CASH 4 YOU, I was originally located at a store in London. I started off with a great manager and awesome CSRs. They helped me with an easy transformation, as I had never worked in any field close to this. About a month in I ran into some personal issues and had to relocate back to my home town, which was an hour away from the store…Once my DM had heard that, he had arranged with Steve to have me train in my hometown. Fast forward 4 months I am getting the chance to work with our awesome DM and the lovely ladies at the Chatham location, as well as, help out with other stores across the company. At that one-month mark they could have let me go, but instead they gave me a chance, and for that I will forever be grateful. However, to my own dismay, at those companies - they didn't care how the customer experience was, just as long as the customer was generally served. I often joke that I spend more time at work than at home. I see my coworkers more than I see friends, or family. At any other work place, certainly everywhere I've worked so far, I'd take an issue with that. But not here. That being said, I have had my fair share of retail experiences. The first week I started here at Cash 4 You it was hard not to notice how customer obsessed they are around here. My buddy trainer at times has been busy assisting customers but encourages me to shadow and ask questions while she works. I have only been with Cash 4 You a year but I already feel like I have developed some close bonds and good friendships too.
