As I am still fairly new to the Cash 4 You family, I am blown away by the culture of this company. The training has been very hands on and the support I have been given is excellent. My buddy trainer at times has been busy assisting customers but encourages me to shadow and ask questions while she works. The district manager has also been a big help, giving feedback to me whenever possible. Even if he is not able to make it in store, his presence is felt and there is an overall feeling of respect towards not just this position, but towards the man himself. I love that I am encouraged to speak my mind and give feedback, even to those above me. The overall appreciation towards customers is also outstanding. I enjoy coming in and seeing which customers have a birthday coming up and making sure they have cards created for the occasion. What I like about our culture is when we need help from any reason we can call any store and they will go above and beyond helping each other. When our system was giving us some issues last week and we needed help with opening our store or closing our store whomever we reach out to they were patient and very helpful. When I compare this with other companies that I have worked for, there was little assistant when you need help. Sometime when other company's try to help you they can be a little short.

To Get More Done? Well, that's the norm, I'll grant you that — people seem to think that producing grand amounts is great — to write a prodigious amount, to code a prodigious amount, to create a ton of products, to churn out services at an astronomical rate, to have more billable hours than anyone else. Well, that's fine if you want your life to be all about churning out stuff, but not if you're concerned about quality, about beauty, about meaning, and about having a life outside of producing. Instead, try producing less — spend more time making better things. Spend more time editing your work down to less, leaving only the most essential parts. Embrace a philosophy that work, which is edited down to "a minimum is better than volume.”

Cash 4 You's culture is about working together as a team with a family feel to it. Everyone looks out for each other just like you would your own family. This is different than all the other companies I have worked work in the past because we never were this engaged in the day to day celebrations that happen within the company. I like that we celebrate milestones and send in pictures and that stores get together at Christmas or when celebrating again special milestones in the company like 100 stores opening this past year. Our culture is what makes coming to work everyday fun and look forward to work every day. However, the most important core value in my opinion is that we focus on customer happiness by providing exceptional service to all customers. I personally have heard from a lot of customers how great our customer service is comparing to other companies. We do whatever it takes to make our customers happy. For example, we always have "customer appreciation" that we provide snacks and juices on a table in lobby. I still remember the day when I submitted my resume. I told myself that I really want to be a part of this family. My hiring manager was so accommodating. I kept on coming back to the store to do a follow up for my application and she told me that I don't have to worry because she will call me for an interview. I felt that the company really treats their people nicely. Secondly, the people who are in higher positions treat their employees fairly. Lastly, I love how people in the company connect with the customers. All are very friendly, polite, and knows how to deal with the customers with respect.
