As long as I have been here, one thing still remains, the fact that if you need help with anything at all, it is just a phone call away to any store at any hour and you will be helped with the matter and even if the CSR does not know the answer, they will direct you to someone who can. What I like about our culture is when we need help from any reason we can call any store and they will go above and beyond helping each other. When our system was giving us some issues last week and we needed help with opening our store or closing our store whomever we reach out to they were patient and very helpful. When I compare this with other companies that I have worked for, there was little assistant when you need help. Sometime when other company's try to help you they can be a little short.

It has only been a short time working for Cash 4 You but what an experience it has been not only within the company but through the customers that we serve and get to know. We get to see/meet all kinds of people. I always thought I was somewhat "in the know" if you will, about the happenings around our city etc. Boy was I wrong. My trainer Sierra made it clear from Day 1 that this was a company unlike others…because we're a family. Hello, my name is Justin. I am a brand new employee within Cash 4 You, as I am writing this during my 7th shift. However, there are many things that I have discovered within this short amount of time that I really enjoy about the company and its atmosphere. For one, the management is very professional and courteous. Max (the district manager who hired me) treated me very respectfully during the interviewing and hiring process, as well as offered to buy pizza for everyone during my first day of orientation. Lindsey (my store manager) also has been very helpful and patient with the entire training process, even while still having to conduct her managerial duties at the same time. Neither Max nor Lindsey have ever been condescending because I am new or only a CSR. I firmly believe a great, successful business definitely relies on great management. Lastly, I enjoy a challenge. The culture of Cash 4 You is unique in that it is spread companywide. Everybody is there for you, helps you when you ask, and I feel that I can always count on the people I have had phone conversations with. Some CSR's I have never met, but our relationship on the phone makes me feel like I am talking to an old friend. I recently met some of those CSR's in person when we celebrated our 15th anniversary when we all went to dinner. It was a great time with some very awesome people. I felt like I knew them forever. For my immediate team members, love them both like a brother and sister!

So what does the Cash 4 You culture mean to me? Well, this question is very hard to answer because it is hard to pinpoint one unique thing that makes this company great. There are the common things like the team and family spirit, or the great learning experiences you have each day, but there are so many other things in your day to day that add to the experience. Growing up, I was very fortunate to be surrounded by a very supportive and loving family and groups of friends. Coming up on my 7th month here, I have never once felt like just another number in a computer system. Every day, I am getting to know personal details about fellow employees, even though they live in different cities all over. Well, when I started with Cash 4 You in 2015, it became clear on the very first day what sets Cash 4 You apart from my other employers. Cash 4 You is REALLY ABOUT OUR CUSTOMERS. As soon as they enter the door they are welcomed into our home. They are not a customer but rather our Brother, Sister, Parent or even GrandParents. I am proud to be able to build that relationship with our customers and in turn get to know them and their families. As I am still fairly new to the Cash 4 You family, I am blown away by the culture of this company. The training has been very hands on and the support I have been given is excellent. My buddy trainer at times has been busy assisting customers but encourages me to shadow and ask questions while she works. The district manager has also been a big help, giving feedback to me whenever possible. Even if he is not able to make it in store, his presence is felt and there is an overall feeling of respect towards not just this position, but towards the man himself. I love that I am encouraged to speak my mind and give feedback, even to those above me. The overall appreciation towards customers is also outstanding. I enjoy coming in and seeing which customers have a birthday coming up and making sure they have cards created for the occasion.
