Cash 4 You can mean a lot of things to a lot of people but one thing we have in common is that Cash 4 You is a family not just a company. We all see ourselves as family members. I've been here for almost 2 years now and not once did I not feel welcomed, loved and happy in my work environment, and this is coming from a CSR that has been to 6 different stores and has felt the love everywhere I went. We are family. I've never worked for a company like this. I've never felt so comfortable in every store I've visited/helped out. I am very happy to be working here. There is so much growth in this company… the sky is truly the limit.

Whether it's taking the time to hear about what's going on in a customer's life or joking around with my team, the days just all melt into each other. Other companies that I've worked for have been all about the bottom line not about the customer or the employee. Cash 4 You is about building teams and people. Hello, my name is Justin. I am a brand new employee within Cash 4 You, as I am writing this during my 7th shift. However, there are many things that I have discovered within this short amount of time that I really enjoy about the company and its atmosphere. For one, the management is very professional and courteous. Max (the district manager who hired me) treated me very respectfully during the interviewing and hiring process, as well as offered to buy pizza for everyone during my first day of orientation. Lindsey (my store manager) also has been very helpful and patient with the entire training process, even while still having to conduct her managerial duties at the same time. Neither Max nor Lindsey have ever been condescending because I am new or only a CSR. I firmly believe a great, successful business definitely relies on great management. Lastly, I enjoy a challenge. Hi there, my name is Miranda and I was just recently hired on as a CSR at Cash 4 You. Before being hired on with this company I was employed with another company for close to 10 years. That being said, I have had my fair share of retail experiences. The first week I started here at Cash 4 You it was hard not to notice how customer obsessed they are around here. My last company, in my eyes, has always been a company that really cares for the customer and goes above and beyond when necessary, but working here it is so much more of a personal connection that it really is difficult to not notice just how much this company strives for that relationship with each and every person. I mean, you can't call another fast food restaurant and ask them for help. I should know, haha, I used to work for one! If there are any changes to any P&P everyone is informed in the company from the CSR to the CEO in a matter of minutes. This is different than all the other companies I have worked work in the past because we never were this engaged in the day to day celebrations that happen within the company. I like that we celebrate milestones and send in pictures and that stores get together at Christmas or when celebrating again special milestones in the company like 100 stores opening this past year. Our culture is what makes coming to work everyday fun and look forward to work every day.
