Cash 4 You culture is all about being a family and being there for each other, that is what sets us apart from all other companies. This is why we have so many of our people hitting milestones and promotions. A family mentality breeds the best leaders, the best teams and the best results. One of my favourite things about working here is that I miss it when I leave. Our customers have some of the greatest stories and hilarious jokes. It has only been a short time working for Cash 4 You but what an experience it has been not only within the company but through the customers that we serve and get to know. We get to see/meet all kinds of people. I always thought I was somewhat "in the know" if you will, about the happenings around our city etc. Boy was I wrong. Through getting to know and talking with the customers that come and go, I have learned so much about our city and surrounding area and all the great things that go on. It's almost like having a newspaper each and every day, but the pages walk in and out of our store as they come and go. Through our different services, I get to learn about places all around the world and the people that occupied the places or come to stay here. When I first started with CASH 4 YOU, I was originally located at a store in London. I started off with a great manager and awesome CSRs. They helped me with an easy transformation, as I had never worked in any field close to this. About a month in I ran into some personal issues and had to relocate back to my home town, which was an hour away from the store…Once my DM had heard that, he had arranged with Steve to have me train in my hometown. I mean, you can't call another fast food restaurant and ask them for help. I should know, haha, I used to work for one! Every time I have had a question, aside from my branch manager, I have three stores I can call to help me resolve the situation. Like a team, we all have a role, but as good teammates we help each player in times of struggles. Cash 4 You is different in the sense that aside from doing a great job we also value a lot the personality. I like that I never feel on my own; my manager is always available. If there are any changes to any P&P everyone is informed in the company from the CSR to the CEO in a matter of minutes. I have never worked for a company that really practices real time communication. When I first started with this company we only had about 70 stores now it is over 100. From the girls I work with every day in store, to the locations throughout the district that we are in touch with on a regular basis, and the open communication and quick trouble shooting available with members of home office. We all lean on each other and everyone is always willing to lend a helping hand.
