What I like about Cash 4 You culture is that Cash 4 You is very family oriented, and coworkers and customers kind of become like family, working with them as the days go on. I really like the fact that we are a tight knit group, who can rely on each other at demanding times, and they are there to support you no matter what you are going through. Also not only are you learning skills on the job, you're also learning from your co-worker's mistakes because when they make a mistake, it teaches you as it teaches them because you definitely don't want to repeat the same mistakes. I have been lucky enough to see first-hand what you perceive as something small means so much to someone. So I would say Cash 4 You's culture is all about customer happiness and WOWing everyone that walks through the door, from employees, suppliers, customers and partners. When our system was giving us some issues last week and we needed help with opening our store or closing our store whomever we reach out to they were patient and very helpful. CASH 4 YOU has done nothing but shown how passionately they stand behind their core values. I have only been with this company for about 5 months and I have received nothing but open arms. When I first started with CASH 4 YOU, I was originally located at a store in London. I started off with a great manager and awesome CSRs. They helped me with an easy transformation, as I had never worked in any field close to this. About a month in I ran into some personal issues and had to relocate back to my home town, which was an hour away from the store…Once my DM had heard that, he had arranged with Steve to have me train in my hometown. Fast forward 4 months I am getting the chance to work with our awesome DM and the lovely ladies at the Chatham location, as well as, help out with other stores across the company. At that one-month mark they could have let me go, but instead they gave me a chance, and for that I will forever be grateful. Cash 4 You's culture is the 9 core values. We focus on customer happiness (provide exceptional services to all customers), do more with less (be smart, organized, and pre-planned), invent and simplify, help and develop the best, deliver results, drive change, embrace real time communication, build a positive team, and pursue growth and learning. However, the most important core value in my opinion is that we focus on customer happiness by providing exceptional service to all customers. I personally have heard from a lot of customers how great our customer service is comparing to other companies. We do whatever it takes to make our customers happy. For example, we always have "customer appreciation" that we provide snacks and juices on a table in lobby. There are customers who have told me that other companies never do this and that's why I like coming here.

Everyone cares, all the way up to the head office. When my sister passed away, everyone was very understanding. I couldn't believe after just knowing everyone for a month that I was sent flowers, and they called to check on me and to make sure I was ok. Honestly, it has been one of the best environments I've worked in. It's very understanding. So when you ask what it means to me, it means the world, to know I have someone in my corner, willing to be there for me, and help me the way I would be there for them and help them. Everybody is there for you, helps you when you ask, and I feel that I can always count on the people I have had phone conversations with. Some CSR's I have never met, but our relationship on the phone makes me feel like I am talking to an old friend. I often joke that I spend more time at work than at home. I see my coworkers more than I see friends, or family. There are the common things like the team and family spirit, or the great learning experiences you have each day, but there are so many other things in your day to day that add to the experience.
