Hey Culture book. I just want to say that I love how connected we all are; how we can at any time call any other store and ask a question or ask for help. Someone is always there to help. I mean, you can't call another fast food restaurant and ask them for help. I should know, haha, I used to work for one! There was just no connectivity like we have here at Cash 4 You, plus the incentives are monthly and always changing. There is always room to grow and extra to be made. It just shows that this company really loves us as a family and wants us to grow with them by giving our all and rewarding hard work. It doesn't stop at just us; our family grows towards our customers as well. I have never seen customer appreciation week anywhere else I've worked and it may not be like buying someone's groceries but it's something to say thanks for choosing us instead of someone else. When we send out cards to our customers, you won't believe the impact it does on our customers. They really love receiving something from us. My buddy trainer at times has been busy assisting customers but encourages me to shadow and ask questions while she works. The district manager has also been a big help, giving feedback to me whenever possible. Even if he is not able to make it in store, his presence is felt and there is an overall feeling of respect towards not just this position, but towards the man himself. Every time I have had a question, aside from my branch manager, I have three stores I can call to help me resolve the situation. Like a team, we all have a role, but as good teammates we help each player in times of struggles. Cash 4 You is different in the sense that aside from doing a great job we also value a lot the personality. I like that I never feel on my own; my manager is always available. The calls we get from customers about our personalized cards is just heartwarming because you can hear how happy they are. To Get More Done? We have had a celebration for an employee's one year with the company and I also felt very valued when my birthday came up and it was celebrated. Hi there, my name is Miranda and I was just recently hired on as a CSR at Cash 4 You. Before being hired on with this company I was employed with another company for close to 10 years. That being said, I have had my fair share of retail experiences. The first week I started here at Cash 4 You it was hard not to notice how customer obsessed they are around here. My last company, in my eyes, has always been a company that really cares for the customer and goes above and beyond when necessary, but working here it is so much more of a personal connection that it really is difficult to not notice just how much this company strives for that relationship with each and every person. What I like about our culture is when we need help from any reason we can call any store and they will go above and beyond helping each other. When our system was giving us some issues last week and we needed help with opening our store or closing our store whomever we reach out to they were patient and very helpful. What Cash 4 You family means to me, The group of people I work with is amazing, I like that everyone is willing to help each other, I've learned a lot in the past 4 months of being a CSR. Everyone cares, all the way up to the head office. When my sister passed away, everyone was very understanding. I couldn't believe after just knowing everyone for a month that I was sent flowers, and they called to check on me and to make sure I was ok. Honestly, it has been one of the best environments I've worked in. It's very understanding. The difference with other companies is that they do not have the warmth and friendliness that we provide. We are always cheerful and happy to greet our customers upon their arrival. We offer suggestions if the transaction they are seeking is not available for them at that time. Other companies are not as friendly and quite serious and overly business-like. Here at Cash 4 You, we like to make our customers feel at home, like their visiting friends, not just business employees. I enjoy working for Cash 4 You because of the 'feeling right at home' aspect.
