CASH 4 YOU has done nothing but shown how passionately they stand behind their core values. I have only been with this company for about 5 months and I have received nothing but open arms. When I first started with CASH 4 YOU, I was originally located at a store in London. I started off with a great manager and awesome CSRs. They helped me with an easy transformation, as I had never worked in any field close to this. About a month in I ran into some personal issues and had to relocate back to my home town, which was an hour away from the store…Once my DM had heard that, he had arranged with Steve to have me train in my hometown. Fast forward 4 months I am getting the chance to work with our awesome DM and the lovely ladies at the Chatham location, as well as, help out with other stores across the company. At that one-month mark they could have let me go, but instead they gave me a chance, and for that I will forever be grateful. Cash 4 You focuses mainly on customers happiness and make sure we satisfy their needs in our best possible way. We offer a lot of resources for customers and to help them out. Since we have lot of locations all around, customers can walk into any nearby store and we are there to help them in a better way. The best thing I like about Cash 4 You culture is exceptional teamwork. Being new to Cash 4 You just 12 days now, I never felt weird working around these people. Other CSRs, SM, DM: everyone is so humble and workaholics which is what I really like about them. They appreciate whenever it's needed, rectify mistakes and keep a friendly atmosphere. So what does the Cash 4 You culture mean to me? Well, this question is very hard to answer because it is hard to pinpoint one unique thing that makes this company great. There are the common things like the team and family spirit, or the great learning experiences you have each day, but there are so many other things in your day to day that add to the experience. It could be a conversation you have with a colleague or a customer, or it could be an idea you hear in one of the many all-hands meetings we have, or it could be something you read in a comment from an important communication, etc... In summary, I would say that the culture might mean something different to someone else, but at the end of the day, it is about happiness!

What Cash 4 You family means to me, The group of people I work with is amazing, I like that everyone is willing to help each other, I've learned a lot in the past 4 months of being a CSR. Everyone cares, all the way up to the head office. When my sister passed away, everyone was very understanding. I couldn't believe after just knowing everyone for a month that I was sent flowers, and they called to check on me and to make sure I was ok. Honestly, it has been one of the best environments I've worked in. It's very understanding. So when you ask what it means to me, it means the world, to know I have someone in my corner, willing to be there for me, and help me the way I would be there for them and help them. It really is a great feeling to be a part of a company who cares about their employees, as well as their customers. I love that we send PEC cards for customer's birthdays. Cash 4 You's culture means treat everyone with respect and as part of a family. Always come in with a smile, and if someone doesn't have a smile then go out of your way to right that wrong! Working with Cash 4 You brings not only a great job with lots of development opportunities it brings a sense of belonging and value. This company goes out of its way to let you know that if you ever need help regardless if you are one man short or don't know an answer then help is only a call away and the one answering will be more than willing to help. It is different because other companies either don't go out of their way to have that feeling or network in place or they just don't care as you are just another number that can be filled without question. Well, when I started with Cash 4 You in 2015, it became clear on the very first day what sets Cash 4 You apart from my other employers. Cash 4 You is REALLY ABOUT OUR CUSTOMERS. As soon as they enter the door they are welcomed into our home. They are not a customer but rather our Brother, Sister, Parent or even GrandParents. When our system was giving us some issues last week and we needed help with opening our store or closing our store whomever we reach out to they were patient and very helpful. It has only been a short time working for Cash 4 You but what an experience it has been not only within the company but through the customers that we serve and get to know. We get to see/meet all kinds of people. I always thought I was somewhat "in the know" if you will, about the happenings around our city etc. Boy was I wrong.
