I would have to say that the training was excellent with lots of information. She was very patient and took the time with us to make sure we understood everything. She was a pleasure to be around. The culture of Cash 4 You is unique in that it is spread companywide. Everybody is there for you, helps you when you ask, and I feel that I can always count on the people I have had phone conversations with. Some CSR's I have never met, but our relationship on the phone makes me feel like I am talking to an old friend. I recently met some of those CSR's in person when we celebrated our 15th anniversary when we all went to dinner. It was a great time with some very awesome people. I felt like I knew them forever. My trainer Sierra made it clear from Day 1 that this was a company unlike others…because we're a family. Since we have lot of locations all around, customers can walk into any nearby store and we are there to help them in a better way.
