The Cash 4 You culture is very team-like. We have separate stores, separate districts however, whenever there is a chance to help each other, we do. Every time I have had a question, aside from my branch manager, I have three stores I can call to help me resolve the situation. Like a team, we all have a role, but as good teammates we help each player in times of struggles. Cash 4 You is different in the sense that aside from doing a great job we also value a lot the personality. I like that I never feel on my own; my manager is always available. My district manager, Claudio is very nice guy and relatable, as well as a multitude of managers, coworkers and coworkers from other stores. We are all very close from the DM to all the managers and CSRs, you don't see that in other companies and I think it is very special.

Having worked at several different customer service places, I can confidently say that Cash 4 You's culture is one of the greatest I have had the pleasure of being a part of. For starters, it seems at Cash 4 You we care almost "too much" about our customers. We listen, we care and we advise the best way we can to better and build onto the customer's current life. Hello, my name is Justin. I am a brand new employee within Cash 4 You, as I am writing this during my 7th shift. However, there are many things that I have discovered within this short amount of time that I really enjoy about the company and its atmosphere. For one, the management is very professional and courteous. Max (the district manager who hired me) treated me very respectfully during the interviewing and hiring process, as well as offered to buy pizza for everyone during my first day of orientation. Lindsey (my store manager) also has been very helpful and patient with the entire training process, even while still having to conduct her managerial duties at the same time. Neither Max nor Lindsey have ever been condescending because I am new or only a CSR. I firmly believe a great, successful business definitely relies on great management. Lastly, I enjoy a challenge. Regardless if I'm learning new skills, or practicing existing ones, I really enjoy the fact that Cash 4 You always offers me the opportunity to improve myself professionally and personally. As I am still fairly new to the Cash 4 You family, I am blown away by the culture of this company. The training has been very hands on and the support I have been given is excellent. My buddy trainer at times has been busy assisting customers but encourages me to shadow and ask questions while she works. The district manager has also been a big help, giving feedback to me whenever possible. Even if he is not able to make it in store, his presence is felt and there is an overall feeling of respect towards not just this position, but towards the man himself. I love that I am encouraged to speak my mind and give feedback, even to those above me. The overall appreciation towards customers is also outstanding. I enjoy coming in and seeing which customers have a birthday coming up and making sure they have cards created for the occasion.
