I believe the culture of any company is something that keeps everyone connected - this happens especially at Cash 4 You! The culture here is driven by our core values, which enables us to say we are a part of a family. Cash 4 You's work environment is very energetic with people who are full of ideas who work together from one district to another. Hi there, my name is Miranda and I was just recently hired on as a CSR at Cash 4 You. Before being hired on with this company I was employed with another company for close to 10 years. That being said, I have had my fair share of retail experiences. The first week I started here at Cash 4 You it was hard not to notice how customer obsessed they are around here. For me the essence of Cash 4 You culture is to Build A Positive team And Family Spirit. I don't see it as just a phrase or one of the nine core values. To me it is the root from which stems rest of the values, all the good habits and exceptional performance. If you are able to build a closely knit team who is ready to take ownership and help each other out, you have laid strong foundation for the growth and development of your store. There will be a virtuous cycle, an environment to focus on customers' happiness, personal and professional growth, positive change and much more. My six years customer service experience has no evidence of so much focus on building a positive team and family spirit anywhere else. Cash 4 You is unique in this sense that here building strong ties among family members of all 102 stores and Head Office is its culture. Hey Culture book. I just want to say that I love how connected we all are; how we can at any time call any other store and ask a question or ask for help. Someone is always there to help. I mean, you can't call another fast food restaurant and ask them for help. I should know, haha, I used to work for one! There was just no connectivity like we have here at Cash 4 You, plus the incentives are monthly and always changing. There is always room to grow and extra to be made. It just shows that this company really loves us as a family and wants us to grow with them by giving our all and rewarding hard work. It doesn't stop at just us; our family grows towards our customers as well. I have never seen customer appreciation week anywhere else I've worked and it may not be like buying someone's groceries but it's something to say thanks for choosing us instead of someone else.
